CJ Aguirre is President at C.S. Aguirre and Sons. CJ has been with CSAS for over 17 years. CJ oversees all construction projects to ensure profitability, quality work, and a firm commitment to safety. He determines short and long term goals, plans and strategies. He has complete responsibility for establishing company wide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations. CJ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and also graduated with a Master of Business Administration from University of Texas at the Permian Basin.
Lucas Aguirre is Vice-President C.S. Aguirre and Sons. Lucas has been with CSAS for over 11 years. Lucas oversees project estimation and coordinates all scope of work from contract negotiation to project completion. He has full responsibility for the estimating process to ensure that proposals are timely and accurate and represent the current market conditions. He works closely with the President to develop a strategic plan for growth in the market. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil of Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Robert Aguirre

Robert Aguirre is Vice-President C.S. Aguirre and Sons. Robert has been with Aguirre and Sons for over 12 years. He has complete responsibility for overall coordination of all structural steel fabrication projects. His responsibilities are to ensure timely project completion which is consistent with quality and safety standards. Robert is a veteran who served 6 years in the Air Force during the Afghan and Iraq wars. He was staff sergeant in an Air Force Special Operations Command Unit and served as a combat communication specialist.
